Sunday, February 20, 2011 - 6:00 p.m. - Crawford County Career and Technical Center conference room.

• Review financial report for 2010.  Link to report.

• Approve budget for 2011.  Link to report.

• League assessments per team in the Minor, Major, Junior and Senior division teams is set at $30.  Assessment payments are due by the District Tournament meeting on June 20 (tentative date).

• 2011 Section Tournament hosted by District 1 Leagues

  • Junior League Baseball - July 20 to 23.

  • 10 & 11 Year Old Softball - July 21 to 25.

• Schedule 2011 Meeting dates.

Saturday, March 19, 2011 - 9:00 a.m. - Crawford County Career and Technical Center cafeteria.

• District 1 coaching fundamentals and first-aid training.

Sunday, March 27, 2011 - 6:00 p.m. - Crawford County Career and Technical Center conference room.

• Organize schedules and interleague play.

Sunday, May 22, 2011 - 7:30 p.m. - Crawford County Career and Technical Center conference room.

• Meeting for Presidents to complete and submit all interleague play, combined teams and waiver forms.  All forms must be submitted through the District Administrator to Eastern Region headquarters by June 8.

Monday, June 20, 2011 - 5:30 p.m. - Affidavits, 7:00 - Rules meeting - Bertram Park, Saegertown.

• Meeting for Presidents, Tournament Team Managers and Coaches, Tournament Umpires.
  
  • Tournament affidavits and all accompanying documentation, including original birth certificates for players presented for checking and approval.
    
  • Presentation of Tournament rules and procedures.
    
  • Teams draw for placement of teams in the brackets.

Sunday, November 13, 2011 - 7:00 p.m. - Crawford County Career and Technical Center conference room.

• Review 2011 tournament.
• Review league boundary maps.
